Cycle: |
Drafting is allowed with cyclists only, as the race is a mass cycle start. Cycle safety helmets MUST be worn. Road rules must be obeyed. Roads will not be closed. |

Run: |
Drink stations will be provided on this section. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Kayak: |
Paddler may use any single Kayak, Canoe or Surf Ski and MUST wear a Lifejacket or Buoyancy Aid. All Kayaks should have at least one end loop. Each competitor in a team must complete their own discipline. |

Entries close Monday 15th January, 2007 Late fees will apply after this date. |

| Refreshments: | The Akitio Community will have food and refreshments for sale at the beach from 11.30 onwards. | |
All competitors must attend race briefing for safety rules and regulations.
